Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vermont

Position Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will provide ongoing therapy to adults seeking structured, consistent care. This position emphasizes steady caseloads, clear scheduling, and focused clinical work without office interruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth systems
• Complete assessments and create treatment plans
• Document sessions accurately and on time
• Use evidence-based therapeutic methods
• Comply with Vermont licensing and telehealth standards

Requirements

• Active Vermont LCMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or mental health field
• Previous outpatient or telehealth therapy experience
• Strong clinical judgment and time management skills
