Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maine

Job Summary

This role combines virtual counseling with hands-on clinical oversight. You will see clients through telehealth sessions while also supporting counselors through supervision, case guidance, and documentation review. Your work helps maintain steady, high-quality care across the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling services
• Supervise clinicians and support clinical decision-making
• Review treatment plans and progress notes
• Address complex cases and risk concerns
• Participate in clinical meetings and quality reviews

Requirements

• Active Maine LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Previous experience supervising or supporting clinicians
• Familiarity with telehealth delivery
• Strong written documentation skills
