Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: 100% Telehealth
Location: Montana

Role Summary

This position focuses on consistent, one-on-one mental health care delivered remotely. You will work with a steady caseload, helping clients identify challenges, set goals, and make measurable progress through ongoing therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions
• Complete clinical intakes and ongoing assessments
• Develop clear, goal-focused treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes
• Use evidence-based counseling approaches

Requirements

• Active Montana LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
