Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Position Summary

In this role, you will deliver structured counseling services through telehealth. Your day is spent working directly with clients, applying evidence-based interventions, and supporting measurable progress. This position is ideal for clinicians who value consistency and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions
• Perform diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and manage care plans
• Monitor therapeutic outcomes
• Complete clinical documentation in the EHR

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing mental health counseling
• Familiarity with evidence-based modalities
• Strong communication and organization skills
