Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

This LCPC role centers on delivering structured counseling services while guiding therapists-in-training. You will focus on evidence-based interventions, case review, and maintaining consistent treatment standards across a virtual care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling services to assigned clients
• Support and supervise associate-level counselors
• Review treatment plans and clinical notes
• Ensure counseling services meet Maryland regulations
• Participate in clinical reviews and consultations

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
• Knowledge of evidence-based counseling approaches
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
