Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Role:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and effective client care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews, fostering a culture of learning and shared success.
• Empower clients and their families by providing education on mental health issues and available community resources.
• Stay informed on the latest research in mental health, incorporating innovative practices to enhance the quality of care.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state.
• Experience working with older adults is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
