Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized care plans.
• Apply evidence-based therapies to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation that meets compliance standards.
• Work collaboratively with other specialists to provide coordinated care.
• Guide clients and families with education and available resources.
• Continuously integrate innovative approaches into client care.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with an exceptional benefits package.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work with an LCSW license in California.
• Preferred two (2) years of experience, though not mandatory.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
