Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

Role Summary

This role is suited for an LCSW-R who brings advanced clinical experience to supervisory leadership. You will oversee therapist performance, guide clinical quality initiatives, and help ensure clients receive consistent, well-structured virtual care across New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical supervision for licensed therapists
• Review assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Support risk management and clinical compliance processes
• Partner with leadership on clinical quality improvement
• Maintain familiarity with evolving telehealth regulations

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Advanced post-licensure clinical experience
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership background
• Strong understanding of telehealth best practices
