Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: West Virginia

Role Snapshot

This position is built for social workers who want consistent clinical hours and a manageable caseload. You’ll deliver therapy through virtual sessions, helping clients work through mental health challenges while maintaining structure in your own workday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychotherapy sessions
• Evaluate psychosocial needs
• Create and maintain treatment documentation
• Support clients through ongoing care
• Participate in required case coordination

Requirements

• Active WV Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• MSW from an accredited program
• Clinical therapy experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms
