Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: Eagle Mountain, UT
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to clients across Utah. This role includes assessment, ongoing therapy, treatment planning, and clear documentation standards in a structured weekday format.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth sessions
• Complete intake assessments and diagnostic impressions
• Develop treatment plans and track progress
• Maintain EMR documentation and clinical updates
• Participate in consults and trainings
• Follow safety protocols and escalation guidelines

Requirements

• Active Utah license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong documentation and organization
