Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: Eagle Mountain, UT
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Support Utah clients via telehealth sessions with a steady weekday schedule. You’ll focus on clinical care, clear planning, and consistent documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions by video
• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic impressions
• Create treatment plans and adjust them as needed
• Keep notes current and organized in the EMR
• Participate in case consults and clinical trainings
• Assist with clinical support tasks when assigned (review, consultation, feedback)

Requirements

• Active Utah license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
