Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Our team is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote opportunity based in Michigan.

In this role, you will work directly with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. You will lead virtual sessions, create treatment goals, track progress, and maintain clean clinical documentation while helping clients build strategies they can use in everyday life.

Position Details
Location: Michigan
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients across Michigan
• Perform psychosocial assessments and establish treatment goals
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic support and interventions
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
• Collaborate with internal clinical teams when appropriate

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active LCSW license
• Experience providing mental health therapy to adults, teens, or families
• Solid clinical judgment and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
• Telehealth experience is a plus
