Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Setting: 100% Telehealth

Role Summary

This role focuses on providing virtual therapy while guiding clinical standards across a growing telehealth team. You will support clients through evidence-based treatment and offer clinical oversight that helps other therapists deliver consistent, ethical care. Your work directly improves access to mental health services across New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Oversee clinical documentation and treatment planning
• Support and mentor associate-level therapists
• Review cases to ensure compliance with New Jersey regulations
• Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement efforts

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong understanding of telehealth best practices
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload
