Virtual Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Position

Salary: $115,000–$120,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re seeking LCSWs to work remotely with clients across California. Your work will center on improving client wellbeing through therapy, resource navigation, and ongoing emotional support, all delivered via telehealth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical therapy sessions virtually.
• Develop and adjust treatment strategies.
• Monitor client outcomes and document progress.
• Educate clients on resources and coping techniques.
• Contribute to team discussions and case reviews.

Requirements

• Current LCSW license in California.
• MSW from accredited school of social work.
• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
