Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Role Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will support individuals and families across Indiana by delivering structured therapy and clinical oversight in a virtual setting. This role balances direct client care with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring both quality outcomes and professional development within the care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy via telehealth
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and care plans
• Supervise and mentor associate-level clinicians
• Review clinical notes and ensure compliance with state standards
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams when appropriate
• Track treatment outcomes and progress toward goals

Requirements

• Active Indiana LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience providing clinical therapy services
• Prior supervision experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
