Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Position Overview

In this telehealth role, you will support Indiana clients through individual and family therapy while also contributing to clinical oversight and care coordination. The position is well suited for social workers who value structured schedules and clear expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to adults and families
• Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• Supervise associate-level clinicians when assigned
• Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance
• Coordinate care plans and referrals as appropriate
• Monitor progress and update treatment goals

Requirements

• Active Indiana LCSW license
• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience in clinical mental health settings
• Prior supervision experience preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
