Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Pennsylvania
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This position is centered on providing accessible mental health care through virtual sessions. You’ll work with clients facing a range of concerns, offering structured support, clinical insight, and practical tools they can use outside of sessions. The role is designed for clinicians who value consistency, autonomy, and a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete client intake assessments and evaluations
• Create goal-oriented treatment plans
• Track and document client outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience providing clinical therapy services
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
