Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in team discussions to refine treatment strategies and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about available resources and mental health management techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and research in mental health care to improve service delivery.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Active New York State LCSW license.
• Experience working with elderly populations.
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment and diagnosis.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
