Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Texas

Role Summary

This LCSW role centers on delivering therapy that helps clients stabilize, plan, and move forward. You will work with adults and families in a structured remote setting that supports steady caseloads and predictable scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Document sessions in compliance with clinical standards
• Track outcomes and client progress
• Collaborate with care coordinators when needed

Requirements

• Active Texas LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in outpatient or community mental health
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload
