Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs through virtual consultations and psychosocial evaluations
• Offer individual, family, and group therapy tailored to client goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build customized care plans
• Act as a client advocate, connecting them with appropriate community services
• Keep accurate records of therapy sessions and patient progress
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active LCSW licensure
• Experience working with the aging population
• Expertise in clinical assessments and therapeutic techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
