We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our medical clinic team. Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Responsibilities:
Assesses patient's needs, abilities and behavior using a variety of methods including interviews and direct observation of behavior
Offers treatment modalities for difficulties relating to mental health problems such as: anxiety, depression, end-of-life issues, addictions, coping with chronic or acute pain or injury, social and inter-personal concerns, and challenging behaviors
Provides consultation to other professionals, encourages compassionate care integrated with psychological perspectives of treatment
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulations
Requirements
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) or a related field
Active license issued by the State of California (LCSW)
Minimum of one (2) year experience in mental health care
Prior experience working with people with psychiatric disabilities
Ability to be flexible
