Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote mental health services in a structured telehealth environment. This role centers on assessment, therapy, and follow-through, with systems in place to support organization and consistency. You will work with a defined caseload while contributing to reliable, high-quality care delivered entirely online.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care teams to support client outcomes
• Uphold compliance and clinical quality standards

Requirements

• Active North Carolina LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong time management and communication skills
