Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview

• Conduct assessments and design individualized care plans.
• Utilize evidence-backed methods to support mental health improvements.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Equip clients and their families with mental health resources and tools.
• Embrace new techniques and integrate best practices into care delivery.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a full benefits package.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work and an active LCSW license in California.
• Experience preferred (minimum of two (2) years), but not essential.
• Works efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting.
• Independent and resourceful problem-solver.
