Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Maintain diligent and confidential patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and facility standards.
Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and patient progress.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) from an accredited institution.
Valid LCSW license in California.
Proven experience as a LCSW minimum of 2 Years experience.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Resilient and effective in high-pressure and challenging environments
