Position Summary

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides high-quality, client-centered clinical services to individuals and families experiencing behavioral health challenges. The LCSW will use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to assess, diagnose, and treat clients across the lifespan. This role requires strong clinical skills, collaborative care planning, and a commitment to Harbor Behavioral Health’s mission of compassionate care and community connection.

Requirements

Required

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kentucky (or eligible for licensure).
  • At least 2 years post-master’s clinical experience preferred.
  • Proficient in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication, cultural competency, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Experience working in community behavioral health settings.
  • Familiarity with care coordination and multidisciplinary care models.
  • Training in motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, or related therapies.
