Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This role is for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants steady, full-time telehealth work without extra layers. Your day will be spent meeting with clients, completing assessments, and guiding treatment forward through consistent sessions. The focus stays on practical care and clear clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions online
• Complete intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Create and maintain treatment plans
• Record progress notes and required documentation
• Track client progress and adjust care as needed
• Follow Kentucky laws and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active Kentucky LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Comfortable working full-time in a remote role
• Strong documentation and time management skills
