Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Location: Montana
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support clients through virtual therapy and ongoing care management. This role includes conducting assessments, providing counseling, documenting treatment, and helping clients work through a range of mental health concerns. The day-to-day work is centered on client sessions, treatment planning, and maintaining a high standard of clinical care in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients for scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete clinical assessments and mental health evaluations
• Develop clear treatment plans and review progress regularly
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical notes
• Help clients build coping strategies and treatment goals
• Recognize changes in client needs and adjust care accordingly

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in Montana
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Solid understanding of ethical and professional practice standards
