Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

This telehealth role is designed for an Arkansas-licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants steady clinical work without the overhead of private practice. You will provide virtual therapy, support clinical quality, and guide care delivery for a growing caseload. Your work directly impacts client stability, progress, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Support clinical oversight and consultation for assigned cases
• Review treatment plans and progress notes for quality and compliance
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistent standards of care
• Follow Arkansas regulations and ethical guidelines in all services

Requirements

• Active Arkansas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Prior experience with telehealth preferred
• Comfortable managing clinical decisions independently
