Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

This role focuses on delivering structured clinical care to adult clients through a secure telehealth platform. You will assess needs, guide treatment planning, and provide ongoing therapy while supporting clinical quality across assigned cases. Your work directly shapes client progress and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and update treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams as needed
• Uphold California clinical and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active California LCSW license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience delivering therapy in a telehealth setting
• Strong documentation and clinical judgment skills
