Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Tennessee

Role Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide structured mental health services to individuals and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy that supports long-term stability and measurable progress. This role allows you to concentrate on clinical care without the distractions of office management or scheduling logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
• Provide individual and family therapy via telehealth
• Develop and update client-centered treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with internal clinical and care coordination teams

Requirements

• Active Tennessee LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience delivering therapy in a virtual setting preferred
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
