Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kentucky

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver consistent mental health therapy to clients across Kentucky. This position is built for clinicians who want predictable hours, a steady caseload, and the ability to focus on meaningful therapy sessions without unnecessary distractions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth
• Complete psychosocial assessments and intakes
• Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Document sessions in accordance with state requirements
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
• Practice in alignment with Kentucky clinical standards

Requirements

• Active Kentucky LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload
• Strong communication and time-management skills
