Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Montana

Position Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will deliver therapy services to individuals seeking consistent, goal-oriented support. This role emphasizes steady caseloads, reliable scheduling, and clear clinical expectations.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Document progress notes in accordance with state standards
• Identify risks and follow appropriate clinical protocols
• Participate in team check-ins and care coordination

Requirements

• Active Montana LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience working with adult mental health populations
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and workflows
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
