Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

Position Overview

As an LCSW in this role, your focus is direct client care delivered through a virtual model. You’ll manage a steady caseload, support clients through ongoing treatment, and work within a clearly defined clinical framework.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely
• Perform psychosocial assessments and diagnoses
• Develop goal-oriented treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust care
• Maintain compliance with NY clinical standards

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW license
• MSW from an accredited institution
• Post-licensure clinical experience
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong documentation habits
