Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: Oil Center, NM
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy via secure telehealth sessions to clients across New Mexico. You’ll complete assessments, guide treatment planning, and maintain consistent documentation in the EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic notes
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Document sessions and care updates in EMR
• Participate in consults and trainings
• Follow safety and escalation protocols

Requirements

• Active New Mexico license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong documentation and organization
