Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Oklahoma

Role Summary

In this role, you will deliver clinical mental health services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker using a telehealth model. You will support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions while maintaining a predictable schedule and manageable caseload. This position prioritizes quality care and professional sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
• Perform psychosocial assessments and clinical intakes
• Create treatment plans aligned with client needs
• Track outcomes and progress through proper documentation
• Coordinate care when referrals or resources are needed
• Maintain compliance with Oklahoma social work regulations

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in clinical mental health treatment
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
• Reliable internet and private workspace
