Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
This telehealth position is suited to an LCSW who enjoys structured clinical work and a steady schedule. You’ll provide therapy for clients dealing with anxiety, mood changes, family stress, and daily life challenges, with the support of a collaborative remote team.

Responsibilities

• Offer scheduled video sessions for a consistent caseload of clients.
• Complete intake assessments, risk screenings, and diagnostic impressions.
• Develop collaborative treatment plans and revisit goals regularly.
• Maintain timely, clear, and complete clinical documentation.
• Join team meetings to discuss complex cases and share clinical perspectives.
• Coordinate with external providers and community resources when needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Nevada LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or telehealth settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with the team.
