Remote Social Worker Role in California: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed

Position: Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide virtual social work services and connect clients to resources.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• LCSW licensure in California.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in social work.
• Strong communication skills and comfort using remote technologies.
