Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a dedicated counselor to enhance our team of healthcare professionals. As a leading behavioral health company, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized services to individuals in long-term care units.  This treatment program allows our therapists to apply their advanced clinical skills where they have the biggest impact - providing thoughtful support, a space to process, and solution-focused care in partnership with their clients.

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct counseling sessions with patients experiencing chronic pain.
• Development of treatment plans.
• Act as primary point of contact for patients and health care professionals
• Understand a patient’s support needs and interaction preferences to deliver a seamless, tailored patient experience that helps each patient complete their pathway to treatment as prescribed
• Provide participants with confidential, non-medical counseling services
• Assess the participant’s immediate risk and bio psychosocial needs
• Deliver educational support to identified patients, caregivers
• Maintain required records on patients and updates progress notes as required. Ensure clinical chart contains necessary information regarding patient’s status and other information.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Got a valid and active California state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to the table, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services
• Show off your knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
