Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Part-Time
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year
Setting: 100% Telehealth

Position Overview

This role is ideal for clinicians who value structure and reliability. You will deliver therapy to adults in a remote setting, focusing on practical interventions, continuity of care, and long-term client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychotherapy sessions
• Create and adjust individualized care plans
• Document sessions in line with state standards
• Identify clinical risks and follow care protocols
• Coordinate services when referrals are needed

Requirements

• Active Montana LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in mental health treatment settings
• Comfort using electronic health records
• Strong organization and time management
