Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Montana

Role Overview

This position blends direct client care with clinical oversight. You will support therapists by reviewing cases, offering guidance, and maintaining clinical standards while delivering therapy services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Provide structured supervision to licensed and associate-level clinicians
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with risk assessments and clinical escalations
• Contribute to training and professional development initiatives

Requirements

• Active Montana LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment models
• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote role
