Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

Role Summary

This role focuses on providing structured, ongoing therapy to adult clients through a fully remote platform. You will manage your own caseload, develop treatment plans, and deliver consistent care while working within established clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
• Follow New York State clinical and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience delivering telehealth services preferred
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
