Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

About the Role

This role is focused on direct therapy work with adults seeking consistent mental health support. You will manage your own caseload, conduct sessions remotely, and provide structured treatment that helps clients work toward clear goals over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Complete clinical intakes, assessments, and diagnoses
• Create and update treatment plans based on client needs
• Document sessions clearly and on time
• Follow New York State practice and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience
• Comfortable providing care in a remote setting
• Reliable internet and private workspace
