Full-Time Opportunity for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits.

Responsibilities You’ll Handle:

• Completing client assessments and evaluations.
• Delivering effective behavior management strategies.
• Offering individual and group therapy.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress.
• Guiding families toward positive developmental outcomes.
• Using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation.

Requirements

Your Background Should Include:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related area.
• California LCSW license.
• A minimum of three years in clinical practice.
• Proficiency with electronic health records.
