Join our mission to improve mental health! We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our committed rehabilitation center. In this role, you will help individuals and families build resilience and find hope.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, along with benefits

As Part of Our Team, You Will:

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and effective counseling
• Monitor client progress and provide feedback during team meetings
• Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance client outcomes
• Offer support to families, helping them gain valuable skills for their child’s development

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

•        Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

•        Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state.

•        Must have experience working with older adults

•        Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•        Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
