Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Partner with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Be part of regular case discussions and peer reviews, where collaboration fosters growth and continuous improvement.
• Help clients and their families understand mental health concerns, providing tools and resources to aid their journey.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health, implementing new practices that enhance your work.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with a robust benefits package.

Requirements

Qualifications:           

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in North Dakota State.
• Experience working with older adults is required.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and diagnosis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• A passion for working independently while contributing to a team’s success.
