Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Duties

• Perform client assessments and craft unique treatment strategies.
• Deliver evidence-supported therapeutic services.
• Keep comprehensive clinical records in compliance with regulations.
• Partner with a team to provide well-rounded care.
• Offer guidance and educational resources to clients and families.
• Incorporate innovative approaches into client care.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, alongside excellent benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work with an active California LCSW license.
• Two (2) years of experience preferred but not a strict requirement.
• Comfort with dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
