Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: River Heights, UT
Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy via telehealth to Utah clients with a consistent weekday schedule. You’ll focus on assessment, ongoing sessions, and clear documentation that supports treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and document diagnostic impressions
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Maintain EMR documentation within required timelines
• Attend case reviews and trainings

Requirements

• Active Utah license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong documentation and organization
