Role: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Responsibilities:

• Partner with a dynamic care team to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in case discussions to optimize therapeutic approaches.
• Offer guidance and support to clients and families, connecting them with community resources.
• Continuously enhance your practice by integrating new research and methods.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with excellent benefits.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related area.
• Valid LCSW license in New York State.
• Experience working with older adults.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
