Your role will involve providing a wide range of eyelash services, skincare treatments, brow services, as well as body contouring and spray tanning.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skincare, lashes services, and brows services tailored to the individual needs of each client while educating clients on proper routines and maintenance that impact their appearance.
- Providing spray tanning and body contouring services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, personalized service, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting retail products, upselling additional services, and driving repeat business through exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, skincare techniques, and product knowledge to continually enhance your skills and provide the highest level of service to clients.
Qualifications:
- Licensed (or soon to be licensed) Esthetician with a strong foundation in skincare techniques and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of different skin types and conditions, along with the ability to recommend tailored skincare routines and products.
- Some experience in performing a variety of skincare treatments with precision and care.
- Exceptional customer service skills, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our clients.
- Strong communication skills to educate and guide clients on proper skincare maintenance and aftercare.
- The ability and desire to grow your clientele intentionally to facilitate growth of your skills and your business within the business.
- Having a client base is a plus

Pay: $20.55 - $24.75 per hour
Expected hours: 15 30 per week
