Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Position: Part-Time
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Model: Fully Remote
Location: West Virginia

Position Overview

This opportunity is suited for experienced social workers who want autonomy within a stable framework. You’ll provide independent clinical services through telehealth, supporting clients with assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy—without the unpredictability of in-person care models.

Primary Duties

• Conduct virtual clinical therapy sessions
• Perform assessments and establish diagnoses
• Create and update individual care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records
• Identify when referrals or additional resources are needed

Requirements

• Active WV Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Clinical experience with adult mental health care
• Familiarity with remote service delivery
• Strong professional judgment and time management
